We thank you for your support and participation in the EFI/DGI 2017 Joint Meeting. Please find below a summary of the most relevant information for a smooth procedure of your session.

Technical Information for Speakers & Lecture Submission

Please check the following PDF-document which includes the necessary technical requirements for your lecture.

Presentations

Please create your Power Point presentation in a 4:3 format.

You can hand over your presentation in the Media Check.
It should be received, if possible, one day but at least 3 hours before the start of your session. Caused by different versions of PowerPoint or when using nonstandard fonts or certain video formats changes can occur in the way the presentation will be displayed.

Mandatory Conflict of Interest Slide

To ensure that our congresses are held in the highest esteem, they are exclusively bound to the interests of science and research. The EFI Executive Committee has decided to ask each presenter to show a “Conflict of Interest” slide at the beginning of the lecture, specifying:

  • Professional activity
  • Reviewer or consultant
  • Stock or stock options
  • Royalities
  • Research or institutional support
  • Other financial relations

Please indicate also when there is no conflict of interest.
